Round table  "Development of Entrepreneurial Culture of the Society:Educational Trends and Practices""
On the 15 of May, 2018 in the Regional Open Social Institute the round table "Development of the Entrepreneurial Culture of Society: educational trends and practices" was organized. The current problems of formation of entrepreneurial culture of youth and development of entrepreneurial potential of the Kursk region, problems and experience of foreign economical and international activities of the Kursk entrepreneurs, their role in strengthening the regional economy, as well as directions and prospects for training young people in entrepreneurial activity in modern political and economic conditions were discussed at the round table.

The event was attended by the representatives of three profile committees of the Kursk region administration (business development, youth affairs and employment), by the structure of the commissioner for the protection of entrepreneurs' rights in the Kursk region, by the regional branches of the largest all-Russian and regional public organizations of entrepreneurship support, by the leaders and employees of the leading educational institutions of the Kursk region, by entrepreneurs, lecturers and students, pupils and teachers of the secondary schools.

During the round table, the results of the implementation of the project "Development the Entrepreneurial Culture of the Society: European Experience and Russian Practice", carried out by the Regional Open Social Institute in 2015-2018 (the project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union, the EU program for education, training, Youth and Sports ERASMUS +, direction Jean Monnet Activities, project №565146-EPP-1-2015-1-RU-EPPJMO-MODULE). Each participant of the Round Table was given an author's manual for the course.

The participants of the round table were told about the social and business projects of students, which quickened the interest of the audience. In particular, the participants noted the creative tandem of artists and designers A. Blokhina and P. Burtseva with the business project of the tailoring company for fashionable women's clothing. The girls immediately received proposals on cooperation from the Union "Kursk Chamber of Commerce and Industry", the regional branch of the public organization "Women of Business" and the Association of Microcredit Company "Center for Support of Entrepreneurship of the Kursk region." The successful experience of the projects implementation of the ROSI graduates in 2016 working in the field of international and foreign economic activity was presented.

The training course "Development of Entrepreneurial Culture of Society: European Experience and Russian Practices" aims to bring together the theory and practice of European and Russian entrepreneurship. The organizers managed to draw attention to the project among a wide range of young and experienced entrepreneurs of Kursk, who agreed to participate in the project. Their active participation as experts was an integral part of the project.

When the efforts of the public authorities, public organizations of entrepreneurs, educational institutions in the formation of the entrepreneurial culture of society and youth are joint, it is necessary to take into account the international and, in particular, the advanced European experience in the following forms:
1. Organization of departments, centers and other sites for training entrepreneurship and social design on the basis of the concerned schools, lyceums, colleges, universities.
2. Creation of a regional public institute of mentors consisting from the entrepreneurs who are the members of public organizations and have pedagogical skills.
3. Search for concerned European partners for joint international projects and exchange of experience.
